D-SPACE PATTAYA takes its inspiration from modern architecture. It stands out with its design under the concept of NEW MODERN MINIMAL ICONIC DESIGN. Another feature is a hall over six meters tall that opens up to a beautiful view of the garden perfectly from any spot. ENERGY-EFFICIENT HOME DESIGN 

1. The house saves energy by using an environmentally-friendly innovation. It has a linear design positioned to receive wind from the northern and southern directions, so the house is cool year-round.
2. Using natural light during the day can help reduce electricity cost. This is done by installing skylights to let in sunlight and make the interior look brighter without needing to turn on the light during daytime.
3. Installation of heat insulation under the roof. For every house in the project, we use a heat, cold and anti-leak insulation as an excellent protection and solution to causes of heat problems as well as a protection against heat in the long run.
4. ECO SMART SOLAR CELL. The street lights use solar cells to cut costs for common assets. They are bright, attractive, inexpensive and turn on and off automatically without wires or electricity costs.
